JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 401,402,414,120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Police, on an information that miscreants after snatching pick up van fled away on motorcycle, chased and apprehended two of them.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that besides the allegations, petitioner has also

Considering the aforesaid facts and the similar criminal antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
