The petitioner prays for a direction to the authorities of the Bihar Rural Development Society to take her interview for the post of District Audit Manager.

The circumstances in which the petitioner has not been given the interview call letter stands discussed in paragraph 12 of the counter affidavit in which it is stated that the petitioner does not fulfil the qualification for the post in so far as work experience is concerned. In paragraph 14 it is stated that the petitioner had also applied for the post of Audit Assistant on which post she has already been appointed and is working, posted at Bhojpur.

Patna High Court CWJC No.436 of 2017 (3) dt.05-05-2017 In the circumstances discussed, no cause for indulgence is made out.

The writ petition is disposed of.
