2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No. 64 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302 & 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The accusation against the accused persons including the petitioner is of committing the murder of the informant's husband.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2024. He further submits that there is no allegation of an overt act against the petitioner and there is general and omnibus allegation against him.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8762 of 2025(3) dt.08-05-2025 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Banka/concerned Court below in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No. 64 of 2024.
