JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an objection under Section 9 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file an objection within a period of four weeks from today before the Certificate Officer, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Certificate case no. 55 of 2014-15 which shall be considered by the Certificate officer and final order be passed under Section 10 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914 .
