JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she specifically stated that she was brought to Kernal by co-accused Sunil Rajak. So far as petitioner is concerned, a vague statement was made by her that petitioner and several other accused too helped the co-accused Sunil Rajak in committing the alleged crime.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Khagaria in connection with Alouli P.S.case No. 158 of 2014.
