Petitioner's name came in confessional statement of co-accused Md Shamim and after that petitioner was remanded in this case and it appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S.Case No. 207 of 2015.
