JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-09-2018 At the very outset, Mrs. Shilpa Singh, learned Government Advocate No. 12 points out by way of referring to Annexure - '1' to the petition i.e. copy of the order dated - 20.01.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 339 of 2015 that the present contempt petition is not at all maintainable since the writ petition was disposed of on the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner to approach the authority concerned. There was no direction issued by the this Court and in absence of any
