The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No 419 of 2021 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 03.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18387 of 2023.

In compliance of the order dated 13.03.2024, a status report has been received dated 28.03.2024 by which it appears that trial will be concluded within a period of twelve months. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner, as such, his prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13008 of 2024(3) dt.02-05-2024 2/2 is rejected.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed off. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a six months positively failing which the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
