For issuance of appropriate writ order/orders, direction/directions for commanding to the Respondents for same departmental benefit for that same post and cadre as a post of peon i.e. according to Annexure-

B. For issuance of appropriate writ order/orders direction/directs for commanding the respondent authorities to give same department benefit because of the petitioner and same other Budhdeo Prasad Singh have joined through vide Memo No. 1197 dated 29.10.2007 [Annexure-P1]."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 7 i.e. Chief Engineer 2 & 3 Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 7 i.e. Chief Engineer 2 & 3 Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with

Patna High Court CWJC No.3290 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 3/3 law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
