In this case the petitioner is challenging Annexure-9 to the extent himself at serial no.208 from Arwal to Gopalganj. He submits that altogether 239 persons have been transferred to different places. The petitioner is holding the post of Upper Division Clerk and opposing general transfer. He submits that he has been transferred on the account of criminal case lodged against him, which is completely false and he has filed a representation to the Inspector General of Registration, who is competent authority. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already joined the new place of posting. Let the competent authority consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
