1. Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Learned counsel for the respondents.

2. During the course of argument, the Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the concerned authorities.

3. Considering that the Writ petition is filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.12316 of 2018(2) dt.03-07-2025 2/2 in the year 2018 itself and an alternative remedy is available to the petitioner, liberty is granted to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the concerned authority within one month from the date of receipt of this order.

4. In response the appellate authority shall liberally construe the limitation aspect as the Writ petition is filed in the year 2018. Further the appellate authority shall dispose of the appeal within three months from the date of its filing.

5. With the above said observation, without going into the merits of the case, the Writ petition is disposed of.
