JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2022 In compliance of the earlier order of this Court dated 10.08.2022, the respondent State has filed a supplementary counter affidavit wherein in paragraph No. 4, details regarding payment of the retiral dues of the petitioner, have been mentioned, which though is not disputed by the learned senior counsel, Shri Yogesh Chandra Verma, appearing for the petitioner, however, he submits that revision of pay scale is required to be carried out and for the said purpose, the petitioner shall approach the competent authority by making appropriate

Liberty so sought is granted. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of 4 weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by the Competent Authority within a period of 8 weeks, thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
