2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Barahara P.S. Case No. 248 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. One country made pistol and one cartridge has been recovered from the petitioners who are in custody since 05.11.2024 and claim clean antecedent.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Purnea/ concerned Court in connection with Barahara P.S. Case No. 248 of 2024.

7. The petitioner no. 1 will also mark attendance in Udakishanganj Police Station, District-Madhepura and petitioner no. 2 will also mark attendance in Barahara Police Station, District-Purnea on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.

8. At the time of accepting bail bonds of the petitioners, the Court below will verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioners. If it is found that the petitioners have criminal antecedent, the Court below shall not accept the bail bonds of the petitioners and if it is found that the petitioners have clean antecedent, their bail bonds shall be accepted by the Court below.
