2. The present writ application has been filed directing the respondent to select the petitioner as Anganwari Sevika in Kaitha Benga Anganwari Centre under Morama Bangaon, Gram Panchayat.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved earlier before this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No. 3546 of 2018 vide order dated 15.03.2018. It was ordered to file representation and the petitioner has filed representation in which decision has been taken on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12354 of 2018(2) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 representation of the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner may be directed for appointment.

4. In the light of the submissions made, it transpires to this Court that the present writ petition has become infructuous. The respondent no. 2, District Magistrate, Banka is hereby directed to complete the selection of Anganwari Sevika in the said Centre Kaitha Benga Anganbari Centre under Morama Bangaon, Gram Panchayat within a period of three months afresh in case no appointment has been made on the said Anganwari Centre till date.

5. With this direction, the present writ application stands dismissed.
