The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of order dated 16.12.2021, whereby while granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Rajouli P.S.Case No. 540 of 2020, the petitioner was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks.

Having heard the parties and taking into consideration the submission made on behalf of the petitioner and the contents of the modification application, the court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner.

The order dated 16.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.19461 of 2021 is modified and the time granted to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9261 of 2022(2) dt.02-03-2022 2/2 petitioner in the said order to surrender in the learned court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
