2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that facts of the present case are identical to the case of CWJC No.10465 of 2014 Rajesh Kumar Thakur and Others Vs. The State of Bihar and Others and CWJC No.7392 of 2015 Munna Singh and Others Vs. The State of Bihar and Others. It has also

3. Learned counsel for the State accepts the same.

4. In such view of the matter, the concerned authority (respondent No.3) is directed to examine the facts, law and prayer of the case of the present petitioners and if it is found that the present case is squarely covered by the aforesaid cases, the same benefits should also be extended to the petitioners, within six months.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
