Taking into consideration that explosive substance, detonators & cartridges have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 105 of 2015 pending in the court of Shri Lalan Kumar, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Jamui stands rejected.
