Considering the claim of the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.6 The Civil Surgeon-cum-District Medical Officer, Araria to look into the claim of the petitioner with regard to payment of GPF within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. Writ application is disposed of accordingly.
