In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the State, Vigilance and the private respondents that the writ application is still pending and the present contempt petition was filed alleging violation of the interim order and also the fact that all the accused have been granted bail who were
Patna High Court MJC No.724 of 2021(6) dt.10-04-2023 2/2 involved in the vigilance case and departmental proceeding was initiated against the accused-government servants who were involved in the F.I.R., the Court is not persuaded to proceed any further with the contempt application.
Accordingly, the present contempt application stands dismissed.
