There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he gave iron rod blow causing head injury to the injured. The injury report of the informant discloses that one fracture was found on his head.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, at least, at this stage and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S.
