The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S.case No.135 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 372(2) of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioner on the assurance of marriage was having physical relationship with the victim girl and also eloped with her to Patna but they were caught by her father and the villagers.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the medical report, which is annexure -2 to this application shows her age between 18-19 years. Petitioner is handicapped person which will appear from annexure-2. He is in custody since 5.9.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

District Judge-I, Jehanabad in connection with Hulasganj P.S.case No.135 of 2019.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
