The petitioner claims to have retired on 31.05.2012 from the post of Peon from the Bihar State Food and Supply Corporation Limited, however, it is contended that difference of salary due to sixth pay revision and E.P.F. amount have not been paid till date. Though it is not stated in the writ petition but learned counsel for the petitioner categorically submits on instruction that necessary Form has already been filled up for release of E.P.F. amount.

Learned counsel appearing for the Regional Commissioner, Employees Provident Fund Organization submits that whenever the respondent no.3 would transmit the Claim Form of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1692 of 2016 dt.20-05-2016 2/2 petitioner to the respondent no.4 and the same would be received, the admissible amount would be paid to the petitioner within a period of one month thereafter.

Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the respondent nos. 1 to 3 to take steps for payment of arrears of difference of salary on account of sixth pay revision as well as immediately transmitting the claim of the petitioner to the respondent no.4 who would be obliged to make payment of the E.P.F. amount of the petitioner within one month thereafter, if the same has already not paid.
