Petitioner was caught when he appeared in examination of SSC constable examination 2015 in place of original candidate, Munmun Tiwary.

From perusal of the case diary, I find that one Santosh Kumar was master mind behind the alleged occurrence and the petitioner was only scholar.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
