2. This application has been filed for extension of time to surrender and furnish bail bond as was allowed by the learned Sessions Judge, Darbhanga vide order dated 03.11.2021 passed in ABP No. 1596 of 2021.

3. In the interest of justice, the prayer for extension of time is allowed. The petitioner is directed to surrender within six weeks pursuant to the direction in the order dated 03.11.2021 passed in ABP No. 1596 of 2021, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17236 of 2023(3) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 before the learned court below and furnishing bail bond by order dated 03.11.2021 passed in ABP No. 1596 of 2021, is hereby extended by six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
