1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to SC-8 for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land of the petitioner stands demarcated in presence of the petitioner and the petitioner has also signed on the attendance register annexed as Annexure- C to the counter-affidavit filed on

Patna High Court CWJC No.2827 of 2024(3) dt.20-01-2025 2/2 behalf of respondent nos.1 to 6. It is further submitted that now, the authorities are contemplating to construct a boundary adjacent to his land, which is a government land and in the event, if such boundary is constructed, his egress and ingress shall be blocked, on which the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that egress and ingress of a person can never be blocked, but if the petitioner has such apprehension, he can move before an appropriate authority for seeking redressal of his grievance, on which the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to move before an appropriate competent authority seeking redressal of his grievance.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
