JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 14.10.2015 passed in Cr.Mis.No. 30105 of 2015 giving liberty to him to renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge. It is informed on behalf of the petitioner that charge has already been framed and petitioner is in jail custody since 01.04.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as observation given by this Court in order dated 14.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30105 of 2015, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54825 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 satisfaction of Additional District& Sessions Judge-III, Sitamarhi in connection with Session trial no. 359 of 2015 Majorganj P.S.Case No. 66 of 2015.
