The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1505C/2017 registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P.Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits on the joint prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, for settlement of dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, who are husband and wife but opposite party no. 2 did not turn up

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8752 of 2019(4) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 before the Mediation Centre for mediation, while petitioner is ready to keep his wife-opposite party no. 2 with full dignity and honour.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Araria, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1505C/2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
