2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 312 of 2023 registered on 14.09.2023 lodged under Sections 341, 342/34 of I.P.C. and under Section 4 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against two named accused persons including the petitioner against whom there is an allegation of outrage of modesty.
4. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2023 having one criminal case pending against him, in which he is on bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that this Court, on earlier occasion has pleased to call the case diary as well as the statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and upon perusal of the Statement, it transpires that the informant has supported the allegation made in the F.I.R. against the present petitioner
6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
