JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. The present writ petition involves a very trivial lis. The name of the petitioner was not mentioned as nominee in the Bank account No. 44781210002105 of her husband late Raghuvansh Sharma and as such payment of the money of Rs. 4,94, 989/- lying in that account is not being paid to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Bank admits that the petitioner is the widow of the deceased employee Raghuvansh Sharma. The formalities are in the process and after completing all the formalities the Bank will pay the lawful dues to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16854 of 2016(2) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 petitioner within a period of eight weeks.

Considering the stand taken by the Bank, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Bank to complete the formalities and ensure payment of all the due amounts of the husband of the petitioner late Raghuvansh Sharma to his legal heirs at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from today.
