The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 337, 504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault upon the informant due to which the informant sustained injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that from perusal of the injury report only one injury sustained by the informant which is kept reserved and no further repeated blow upon the victim. There is case and counter

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10018 of 2022(2) dt.11-08-2022 2/2 case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries as alleged in separate incident.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 121 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
