JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 23.8.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448,341,323,376(2)(G), 504/34 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The specific accusation of establishing forceful physical relationship with the informant is against Pankaj Kumar, Prem Kumar, Ratna Paswan when the sister of the informant came to rescue Agya nand Baba alias Mantu ravished her. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name sprang up in the confession of co accused. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
