9755972552, he received a call on his land-line bearing no. 06243241151. The caller demanded rupees three crores as extortion. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a labourer. He was earlier working in the firm of the informant. He admitted that he called the informant from his mobile, but the allegation of demand of extortion is false. The petitioner is in jail since 01.10.2013. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
