JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was selected as constable but in course of verification of documents, it was found that petitioner had produced forged documents.
The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that only serial No. of microcirculation certificate was found changed and so far as marks of the petitioner are concerned; the same were genuine. So, even if, it assumed that the petitioner produced forged documents for the sake of convenience, then also, there was no intention of the petitioner to cheat the concerned authorities.
Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54393 of 2015 (2) dt.07-12-2015 2/2 the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 879 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
