For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Sada Nand Roy, Adv. For the State : Mr. Tapeshwar Sharma, A.P.P. =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of conviction dated 28.9.2015 passed by the 9th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in Criminal Appeal No. 108 of 2002. Having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find any perversity and, hence, the application stands dismissed. However, considering the period of custody undergone by the Petitioner, the sentence is reduced to one already undergone by him.
