Learned counsel for the State submits that there is a provision of Appeal u/s 28 of the Bihar State Madarsa Education
Patna High Court CWJC No.3982 of 2024(2) dt.19-08-2024 2/2 Board Act, 1981.

Considering the background of the case, the petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the Special Secretary-cumAppellate Authority within a period of four weeks and the Special Secretary-cum-Appellate Authority is well advised to pass a reasoned and speaking order, within a period of eight weeks thereafter, after hearing the petitioner and Authority shall condone the delay in filing the appeal, considering that the present writ application was pending before this Court. 4.
The present writ application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
