It is admitted case of the prosecution that no explosive substance and detonator were recovered from the house of the petitioner and the aforesaid explosive substance and detonator were recovered from the house of brother of the petitioner. So far as petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that one country made pistol and five live cartridges were recovered from his possession. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 17.08.2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
