Taking into consideration that one country made loaded pistol and four live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 19.09.2015. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from perusal of Para-3 of the petition, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S.Case No.140 of 2015.
