JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-05-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - "(a) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ/writs to quash the order dated 23.11.2016 issued under the signature of respondent no. 3 and consequently letter dated 19.04.2017 issued under the signature of respondent no. 5 whereby and whereunder the property of the petitioner is going to be attached for auction by way of illegality without following the procedure prescribed by law as well as in absence of any notice or opportunity to the petitioner in malafide arbitrary and whimsical manner by which petitioner became aggrieved.
(b) For that the direction may be given independent enquiry against the respondent authority so concerned who has illegally been taken steps against the petitioner without giving any notice or opportunity in due process of law and tried to impose unnecessary harassment reasons best known to him as pocket

(c) For that the direction may be given to stop any further proceeding against the petitioner only because the steps taken by the authority by way of highest degree of arbitrariness as the illegal huge amounts of Rs. 31,62,082/- has illegally been imposed in absence of perusing the two records.
(d) For that the reasonable compensation and litigation cost may be imposed against the respondent authority so concerned who has taken illegality against the petitioner affecting the administration of justice and Rule of law.
(e) For that any relief or reliefs may be given to the petitioner as your Lordship may deem fit and proper in this matter in the interest of justice to the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states on instruction that in view of subsequent developments the present writ petition need not be pressed.
3. Having regard to the stand of the petitioner, the writ petition accordingly stands dismissed.
