Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner being father in law of the deceased is in jail custody since 01.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, it is pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that statement of deceased was recorded by the police official of Ahiyapur police station on 19.12.2008 in injured condition at SKMCH, Muzaffarpur and in the aforesaid statement, she specifically stated that she was caught in fire while preparing tea.

No.2134 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 Taking note of statement of the deceased only for the purpose of grant of bail, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2009 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 743 of 2010.
