JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-11-2024 Though the present writ petition has been filed for payment of pension to the petitioner under the Swatantra Senani Samman Pension Scheme, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has referred to paragraph no. 6 & 7 of the counter affidavit stated to have been filed in the present case, that the Sub-Divisional Officer, Danapur had passed an order dated 18.06.2020 for payment of the due pension amount, starting from the month of October, 2016 to March, 2020, amounting to a sum of Rs. 2,10,000/- @ of Rs. 5,000/- per month and the said amount has also stood paid to the petitioner vide cheque dated 07.07.2020, hence the grievance of

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if it be so, the present writ petition be disposed off, however, with liberty to the petitioner to avail such alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law in case of any subsisting grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
