The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 11566 of 2018 arising out of Maner P.S. Case No. 654 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Amendment Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of 90 litres of illicit liquor from two motorcycles and three accused persons including the petitioner are stated to have been apprehended by the Police.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise) Act, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 11566 of 2018 arising out of Maner P.S. Case No. 654 of 2018.
