The victim stated in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that it was co-accused, Balbir Kumar who took her in a house and established physical relation with her. She also stated that the landlord of the aforesaid house was sleeping on the roof of the house at the time of alleged occurrence. Petitioner happens to be landlord of the aforesaid house. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
