The petitioners are languishing in custody since 01.07.2014 in a cased registered for the offences punishable under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
It is alleged that the sister of the informant has been killed by the petitioners by administering poison. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is not specific against the petitioner and final form (Chargesheet) has been submitted by the police under section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code which bas been brought on record

Considering the aforesaid facts let the above named petitioners be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Dhangai P.S.
