Although petitioner was caught in a hut in which, a mini gun factory was unearthed but according to prosecution case itself, the aforesaid mini gun factory was being run by FIR named accused Md. Mohsin.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri R.R. Raman, J.M.-Ist Class, Bhagalpur. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
