JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced an order dated 27.11.2018 passed by the Executive Magistrate, Patna Sadar, Patna under Section 145 Cr. P.C. wherein it has been held that the land bearing khata no. 164, Khesra No. 860/861, Rakwa 7 acre and 49 decimal situated in Mauza Salempur (Kura), village- Tarapur is under the possession of the petitioner herein.
In such view of the matter, I deem it fit and proper to
Patna High Court CWJC No.15629 of 2016(5) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 dispose of the present writ petition with an observation that in case the respondents want to acquire the said land, the same be done in accordance with the process provided under the law. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
