JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 22-01-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 203 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR, the marriage of the sister of the informant was solemnized with the petitioner two years before lodging of the FIR. The customary presents were given on the occasion of the marriage as per the affording capacity, but the petitioner was inflicting pressure upon the deceased for demanding a motorcycle and golden chain from her parents. On 29.08.2020 the informant got an information that accused persons had committed murder of the

When the informant reached there along with his family members and villagers he saw the dead body of his sister were hanging by a hook. The informant had expressed his belief that the accused persons had committed murder of his sister for nonfulfillment of demand of a motorcycle and golden chain. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the entire allegations are false and frivolous, the petitioner never tortured the deceased.

The allegation against the petitioner who is husband of the deceased is that he was making pressure upon deceased to fulfill his demand of a motorcycle and golden chain. The dead body of the deceased was found hanging by a hook which is other than the normal situation.

In my view, it is not a fit case for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner is rejected.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey , J) SONALI/- U T
