2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304A, 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, marriage of daughter of informant was solemnized with this petitioner on 16.03.2019 and it is alleged that this petitioner used to commit torture and harassment with the victim and also made her obscene photographs and videos viral on the internet due to which, she committed suicide on 07.02.2024.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, specific and direct nature of accusation and gravity of offence, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
