Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that date of birth of the so-called victim is 01.05.1998 vide her matriculation certificate on the record. She voluntarily married with the petitioner on 23.09.2018 Thereafter, on the pressure of parents as the marriage was an inter-religion marriage, she made statement that the petitioner and his family members forcefully kidnapped her for the purpose of marriage.

Considering the aforesaid submission and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19191 of 2021(3) dt.25-10-2021 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Naugachia Police Station Case No. 08 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
