2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:
"That this is an application for issuance of appropriate Writ and/or direction and/or order directing the respondents to see that the petitioner is paid her maintenance as fixed by the Superintendent of Police, Patna.
The petitioner further prays that the Respondents be directed to see that the petitioner is paid her arrears of her maintenance as well the current maintenance."

3. The petitioner is stated to have imposed certain conditions in respect of appointment of 6th respondent - Jagannath Thakur on compassionate ground like maintaining the petitioner. The 6th respondent after his appointment on compassionate ground stated to have not adhered to the conditions imposed by the petitioner in respect of maintaining. These are all the civil disputed matter which is required to be addressed before the appropriate forum. Disputed facts cannot be examined under Article 226 of the Constitution.
4. Accordingly, the petitioner has not made out case.
