2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an undertaking to remove all defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter as and when required. It is accordingly directed that all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter be removed within one month hereof.

3. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 03.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55946 of 2019.

4. By the said order dated 03.09.2019, provisional bail was granted to the petitioner, who was required to furnish bail bonds within a period of four weeks. Thereafter, the order of provisional bail was confirmed in terms of the order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15337 of 2021(3) dt.06-10-2021 2/2 12.06.2020 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that owing to communication gap, the bail bonds could not be furnished within stipulated time. The present modification petition was placed before the coordinate Bench, who had directed by an order dated 28.07.2021 that the matter be placed before appropriate Bench after seeking permission of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. The matter has then been assigned to this Bench.

6. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 03.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.55946 of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.

7. Modification petition stands allowed.

8. Office shall follow-up to ensure that all defects are removed and compliance with the notices of this Court are made by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-2 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
